It's a great time to either shoot your entire reel, or add onto and update your existing reel.
ACTOR REEL SHOOT PACKAGE INCLUDES:
- Scripts written specifically for you, based on the types of roles and projects that you want to be seen in.
- The opportunity to act in scenes directed by Christy English, owner & founder of the Bay Area Acting Studio.
- An edited copy of your scene.
- You will get call times and will NOT need to be there for the entirety of the shoot.
- We hire a professional director of photography with state of the art equipment.
WHY ACTORS NEED A GOOD ACTING REEL:
Agents and managers ask for reels when considering actors for representation. It’s crucial to show top quality samples of your acting! Actors should always have updated and top quality headshots and reels. CHRISTY ENGLISH (owner and founder of Bay Area Acting Studio) is directing!
We are now taking applications for our annual professional program fro youth. This is an exclusive program that focuses on getting kids/teens working at the professional level on Television and Film. The program will be taught and headed by Founder and Talent Manager Christy English.

Whether it's for an audition, career coaching, or jumping deeper into the craft, we offer different packages.
Students will learn about and experiment with improvisation and the Meisner Technique of acting. This fun and creative class will build up students' confidence as performers, expand their imaginations, and help them develop a strong foundation for their acting technique. This class is for both beginning students and those who want to further hone their acting skills.
